The Secretary's and Treasurer's Annual Reports have to be prepared and typed ready for insertion in the annual accounts. These are distributed at the A. G. M. You have overall responsibility for the smooth running of the Section Office and take instructions from your Chairman, or Vice-Chairman/Treasurer if he is unavailable. This job is run on a yearly cycle as opposed to weekly or monthly. No two days are the same. It is extremely interesting and you will always be busy.
