You will be rewarded for your commitment and drive with an excellent benefits packageJob Description0Be the first point of contact for customers in the branch in order to deal with and action either a range of general banking/account enquiries/concerns and/or specific service/product enquiries. Pursue potential sales leads. Update customer file and your diary after each action. Action postal/fax/e-mail correspondence where necessary. Prepare batches of work for processing off-site. You will be responsible for ensuring all legal obligations and data protection rules are adhered to during all contact with customers. You will be working to targets and will be expected to generate a minimum number of sales leads, book a set number of appointments and handle a quota of customer queries. Liaise with and/or refer customers to other internal departments/external parties where necessary. This is a part-time role working between the hours of 9am- 5pm Monday to Friday and 10am -3pm Saturday. You will be working a minimum of 10 hours per week.
