reviewing, capturing and booking all new LIBOR-based loan facilities for the corporate markets businesses.

A varied and exciting position, you will be responsible for reviewing loan documentation at an early stage of the deal, providing technical assistance to execution teams on matters affecting the future operation and ongoing management of the deal. You will also be responsible for capturing deal-related data throughout execution phase of the deal, advising the WLS of imminent deal closures, giving details of ongoing processing requirements. Plus other ad-hoc duties.

The ideal candidate for this position will need to have strong loan documentation skills as you will be interpreting the potentially complex deal agreements; documenting a wide range of standard and non-standard loan products. There will be heavily liaison with the execution desk and therefore strong attention to detail is essential along with the ability to maintain a dialogue with execution teams, counterparts and loan support areas.

Previous experience of ACBS would be advantageous but not essential.
