Ensuring that all reconciliations are dealt with within the specified time table  Liaise with other internal departments including Trust, CEES, Banking and Global Wealth Management to ensure that client expectations are met.  Overseeing the investigation, resolution of payment and receipt queries and identifying and eliminating root causes where applicable.  Development &amp; regular review of procedures to maximize the efficiency of the team.  Training, development and welfare of staff within the business unit.  Manage the Back Office teams workloads on a day to day basis with the intention of processing all appropriate work per day.  Training and development of direct reports in line with industry best practices, regulatory and bank policies.  Follow HR policies and processes.  Conduct performance enablement reviews with direct reports.
