Key Responsibilities:Following a new claimants approval of Incapacity benefit the Advisor is responsible for delivering 5 Work Focused Interviews for all customers Produce a Personal Progression Plan for each participant which reflects job goals and objectives to achieve employment Motivate and encourage customers around the return to work journey Ensure that prompt and appropriate referrals are made to Jobcentre Plus for consideration of benefit sanction should a customer not participate fully in the process. Liaise with team to ensure that effective and timely assistance on managing their condition within the return to work context is provided to customers Maintain client files to specified company guidelines Assessments and Delivery Undertake basic skills screening where necessary Complete Healthy Working Initial Assessments with customers Develop and agree Healthy Working Modules for customers and prepare for attendance at sessions Reflect on own practice and develop new skills and abilities as required Liaise with team where customers present with complex combinations of difficulties causing significant barriers to returning to work Communication Build and sustain strong working relationships with all advisers, whether working with the mandatory or voluntary customer base.
