You will have a contagious sort of enthusiasm for music, events and making an impact poverty and suffering. Your natural way with people will be an asset in this role, alongside the leadership and organisation skills to keep momentum going. You will also have a flair for getting results and the ability to keep team objectives firmly in mind whilst having a lot of fun on the way to success. In this role, you and your team will bring people together to fight poverty with music. The emphasis will be on recruiting event organisers, as well as supporting them to raise as much money and have as much fun as possible. You'll hold weekly meetings with your team and build contacts in your community to help achieve this and make Oxjam a great success. You'll also join a national team of other Oxjam Regional Managers and there'll be national training and review events to attend. This role is a challenging one. Job DescriptionThe Key activities are Fundraising, Communication, Marketing and Administration.
