Select and manage the Business Development Team, their objectives, appointments and strategy for providing opportunities to meet the Companys objectives. To make regular contact with clients and consultants who can influence, advise and/or make decisions on the award of future suitable projects for the Companys areas of operation. Such contact may take the form of attendance at exhibitions, conferences and seminars to promote the Company. Assist in the production of reports for discussion at future board meetings. Identify current schemes in progress, mark in immediate period and strategy to be implemented to meet Company objectives..
