My newest client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, to work on a £33million project in Central London. This is a new and urgent Senior Quantity Surveyor role - it will not be live for long!

The Company:
The company is a leading regional developer who specialise in individually designed developments. They have 2 main divisions, Housebuilding and Construction.

Job Role:
The offices where the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based are in Uxbridge. The site of the project is opposite the bank of England in central London. The project itself is the £33million redevelopment of a commercial office block.

Requirements:
Ideally my client is looking for a candidate with 10-15 years experience within a main contractor background, and relevant degree qualifications. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be required to work in a 'hands on' role, therefore experience of similar project scale would be beneficial, as well as a procurement track record.

This is an ideal role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is looking to join a large national main contractor, taking on the most senior role on a large scale project.
