The Company

?Full-time staff work 35 hours a week and are assigned up to 30 candidates with a target to complete all 30 learners in a 6 month time-frame.

The Role
?Visiting learners in the workplace and assessing / tutoring them in their NVQ qualifications and ensure the successful outcome for the NVQ in line with contractual requirements and targets
?Train, support and help learners with the course - Many learners have English as an additional language and will require learning support
?Good administration in maintaining documentation on learners' NVQ records
?Creating learner portfolios to agreed target standards and ensure they are submitted on time.
?Assisting with development of the course to ensure the course is up to date and liaise with the course tutor to ensure that the learners needs are met on the course

Key Experience Required
?The D32 or A1 assessor qualification is essential
?It is also important you have excellent communication skills, presentation skills and IT skills.
?We expect that staff have Level 2 literacy and Level 2 numeracy and basic ICT skills - e. g. the ability to use Microsoft Outlook.
