Candidates should hold a minimum of 2 GCSE Grade C or above in English and Mathematics as well as an accredited adult teaching qualification or be willing to work towards gaining this qualification. They should also hold a relevant Customer Service/Business Administration qualification as well as the assessors award or be willing to work towards gaining this qualification also. Experience of at least 1 year working with young people and at least 1 years experience of adult training and a sound experience using Microsoft Outlook. Competencies include excellent communication skills; both written and oral, good team working and net working skills, ability to work on own initiative, ability to gain rapport and motivate disaffected young people and have good time management skills. Candidates should also be flexible with a positive attitude to change and must have a full clean driving license and must be IFL registered and must provide certification and IFL number. Salary on offer is between £16,000 - £18,000 per annum dependent upon qualifications and experience; plus benefits; pay award pending..
