Assess from the customer which retail service they require (eg sensory analysis/retail analysis) and arrange provision of those that the Company is equipped to do. Management of accounts in accordance with the Company's financial requirements and in line with recognised rules and procedures, thereby ensuring that customers' accounts are maintained within the Company's credit limits and settled in line with the Company's credit terms. By efficient departmental communications, liaise with and communicating information to other Departments to ensure that both the customers' and that departments' requirements can be achieved. To have an understanding of and be able to apply internal procedures and systems, that are relevant to this position, as required.
