Promotions & Catalogue Manager - EMEA

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working with the internal and external design teams taking briefs from the Marketing Managers for all European copy writing.
Prepare and deliver approved content that is accurate, on time, in line with the brief and in the required format.

ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Can work well at all levels within the company.
Strong communication skills to work closely with internal and external parties, distributors, customers and employees.
Has the ability to be flexible enough to work on their own initiative but also to a tight brief when required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.

SKILLS:
Able to work to tight deadlines under pressure.
Creative, able to write copy on any given subject that is both interesting relevant and motivational for both customers and distributors.
Able to visualise and develop copy not only for printed materials but also for web based marketing initiatives.
Must have attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to research, identify and evaluate appropriate materials that will appeal to both customers and distributors.
Extremely Flexible, with experience of handling multiple projects to tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, time management, project management and interpersonal skills.
Strong results orientated work ethic. Very solutions driven.
A positive ?can do ? attitude, confident, team player.
A superior command of grammar, Experienced in developing copy for both the end user and the field i. e training materials as well as customer facing materials.
Ability to work independently and without close supervision.
FMCG, Health or Nutritional background would be an advantage .
Experience researching on using the Internet for interesting stories and articles.
A high level of skill and experience using Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word are essential.
