They are a large group of nursing homes sought after to work for and they need a Nursing Home Manager for their home in the North East.

They are currently recruiting for a nursing HOME MANAGER for a settled, stable home in gateshead which is registered for 60 residents catering for the Elderly suffering with Dementia/ Alzheimers.

This home has a good reputation in this area and is seeking a Manager to promote and maintain the success of the home and the company. A great position to step into - would suit an experienced Deputy or Unit Manager or a Registered Manager looking to manage a larger size home.

The ideal candidate will have to have either a Registered Nurse's Qualification (RGN) or a Registered Mental Health Nurse Qualification (RMN) a RMA would also be great but this is not essential but you must be willing to work towards this.

You will need to market the home and make sure you look after budgets efficiently as well carrying out staff appraisals, staff rotas and trying to maintain its occupancy.
