They are currently looking for a Dining Services Manager to run the catering operation. Reporting into the Executive Director you will be responsible for ensuring that all residents meals are delivered on time whilst making sure that the standards meet the required levels in terms of quality and consistency. You will be managing up to 15 staff throughout three buildings. There is a main kitchen which produces all food and two satellite service kitchens. Up to 142 residents are served breakfast, lunch and dinner each day and there are also private dining facilities should families wish to celebrate special occasions with them. The emphasis is on well presented, nutritionally balanced food. What do you need to apply?  Experience in budgeting.  Exceptional interpersonal skills.  High standards in hygiene and Health &amp; Safety.  NVQ or 7061/2 equivalent.  Intermediate Food Safety Certificate desirable.  Computer literate. This position will be mainly office based however you will be required to cover the Head Chefs role in his absence. What's on offer?
