Set in a rural location the hotel has 59 bedrooms for attendees of events. The successful candidate must have excellent management skills and be experienced working within rosette level restaurants and smaller hotels with conference and banqueting experience. The successful candidate will have desirable leadership skills and be a well organised individual. They will be required to work towards a GP of 76% as everything is planned in advance, while operating a chef brigade of 6 chefs.
