Primary Responsibilities:  Participate in the development, implementation, communication and administration of the base/annual salary planning, short-term bonus/variable, long-term incentive/equity pay programs, and other reward programs.  Provide advice and analysis through the annual merit process, the bonus process and with long term incentive administration.  In support of the annual compensation program design and rollout process, perform analyses and assist in developing compensation program guidelines and policies, preparing and managing compensation projects and developing manager tools. Partner with HRIS in using the Success Factors Automated Performance Management/Compensation/Talent Management system to deliver reward programs to the business.
