Job DescriptionThe basis of the role entails assisting the HR manager with day to day HR duties:    Development of company policy and procedures in line with relevant legislation and client company expectations     Recruitment and selection for all roles within the organisation, ensuring that our client is being competitive in gaining a knowledgeable workforce     Developing job descriptions from job/role analysis     Working on employee development and learning, working towards the learning organisation climate     Developing all training for servicing new client programmes, identifying training needs, addressing the training gap, and post training evaluation, revising training to make necessary improvements     Design and implement staff appraisal systems     Identifying, developing and implementation of assessment tools and methods for reporting and to monitor the quality of service provision (where relevant). Person Specification    An aptitude for interpersonal communication     A people oriented approach to work     A propensity towards operations management, having an eye for detail, and integrating vast amounts of information .
