			<description><![CDATA[ to join my client in the North Devon area. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will be solely based on-site. The overall purpose of the role will be to work as part of the HR team to help develop, maintain &amp; implement the Human Resources Strategy in support of the companies mission, objectives &amp; values. Your main duties &amp; accountabilities will include:Work with the business to support &amp; manage recruitment, selection &amp; induction activities, ensuring compliance with company procedures &amp; current legislation whilst educating the business on recruitment best practice. Contribution to the HR Business Plan following the completion of quarterly planning programmes &amp; implementation of specific projects as defined by the HR Business Plan. To act as mentor to the admin team &amp; share knowledge &amp; experience with HR colleagues in support of one another. Support the HR Director &amp; HR Manager with one off projects that may be outside of the business area. My clients are ideally looking for CIPD qualified or part qualified &amp; working towards full membership. You will also require a good level of HR generalist experience within a HR function including dealing with disciplinary/grievance cases in a difficult/complex environment..
