They provide Consultancy, Application Development, Systems Integration, Training (Technical and Customer) along with a full range of unique Support offerings

The role

This role involves the design and deployment of effective Work Force Optimisation (WFO) solutions that deliver tangible and quantifiable business benefits to their contact centre clients.

The activities

The role predominantly involves the following activities to ensure the successful implementation and use of the solutions

Information gathering through technical workshops and consultancy engagements with clients
Formulation of operational and technical requirements into solution specifications
Best practice system design
Hardware and software Implementations
Unit and solution testing
Trouble shooting
User training

Training and Development in this role

No Verint knowledge is required. Our Client is the only company outside of Verint that is certified to accredit people on the Verint Impact 360 WFO Suite in the UK. They will deliver all of the product specific training to the successful candidate, who will therefore have WFO specialist status.

Required technical skills

Familiarity with best practice software deployment methodologies
Good knowledge of SQL2000 /2005 (inc. stored procedures)
Good knowledge of other databases preferably Oracle9i & above and Postgrest
Good knowledge of Operating Systems (Microsoft W2K , W2k3 & Linux)
Good knowledge of desktop applications and group policies
Good experience and understanding of Networks (TCP/IP)
Good generic knowledge of telecommunications

General requirements

Self sufficient
Good analytical skills
Good fault finding skills
Good communication skills both written and verbal, including meeting and workshop facilitation skills
Willingness to travel
Educated to degree level, preferably computer related subjects

Advantageous skills or experience

Strong understanding of contact centre metrics
Deployment & Support Skills in Voice Recording, Quality Monitoring or Work Force Management
Experience in using Workforce Optimisation products
Experience of working with other contact centre applications such as ACD, CTI
